AutoLine's distributors are crafted from original equipment castings. Each unit undergoes thorough disassembly and cleaning, with components meticulously inspected and replaced as needed. Housings are restored to factory finish, shaft assemblies polished, and damaged shafts repaired or replaced. Advance weights, pins and springs are scrutinized and renewed for optimal performance.
Vacuum advance assemblies are replated and equipped with new diaphragms for peak functionality. New bushings are aligned and installed before shaft installation, while electronic applications come with modules and wiring harnesses. All distributors undergo rigorous bench testing across all RPM ranges, with advance curves and dwell settings checked meticulously.
Supplied with new caps and rotors (except for the USA market), along with installation instructions and technical bulletins where applicable. Trust in our reliability for your engine's performance needs.
