AutoLine restores throttle body injection units to original equipment specifications. The process begins with disassembly, then thorough inspection and cleaning of all parts in industrial-grade equipment. Internal components such as gaskets, “O” rings and filters are replaced, and housings are sandblasted or tumbler-processed to restore their finish while mounting flanges are surfaced for a perfect mate.
- Threads, inlets and vacuum pipes inspected, then repaired or replaced as needed
- Throttle plates scrutinized and replaced if necessary; throttle bushings installed to strict tolerances
- Injectors tested for resistance, flow, spray pattern and leaks
- TPS sensors and IAC solenoids tested for voltage and resistance
- Comprehensive flow testing across all operating ranges, with base idle speed pre-set
